The pandemic, the situation in Russia/Ukraine, and the concerns for any potential strife between China and Taiwan have served to emphasise the interconnected nature of today’s World. When coupled with a move away from globalization and the increasing stresses of ESG, it has never been more critical to understand the extent of a business’ exposure.
From a (re)insurers perspective, the need is to be able to quantify that connected risk, to be able to run meaningful scenarios to evaluate potential impacts on portfolios, and to ensure that reinsurance and similar risk transfer or risk finance protections are optimized.
In this interactive market briefing, our guest speaker will explain how together with our (re)insurer clients and Corporate Risk Managers, building a scenario factory to satisfy these needs and turn what could be perceived as a serious business threat into opportunity.
